Please note that our candles are handmade and may vary in appearance and have some imperfections by nature. However, we always want our customers to be satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us  with a reason of return and your order number. We do not offer exchanges.

Wholesale Return Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, in its original packaging and dispatched within 7 days upon arrival. if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Damage or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect each product prior to shipping. However, if you received a damaged or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Lost Item

Once orders leave our hands, they become the property of the shipper. If the item lost, we will be unable to process the return. Please contact your shipping provider for additional information.

Shipping Cost

As we are small business the cost of returning the item will not be covered by A and C Candle Co. and must be paid by customers.
